Hooray

After my Doctor's appointment today I met my mom at the Humane Society in Chattanooga and set out again in search of a good dog for Matthew and I.
We saw all of the dogs, and decided to go with Sunshine. Of course, we will rename her Lucy.
She was very sweet, and was already adopted out once, so was already altered and micro-chipped. She was surrendered again because of a move, so now she gets to be ours! I am so happy!

They are still kind of weird about everything though, and since we live in GA they have to come around and see the yard, etc.

Hopefully the volunteer will come around soon and we can get her before the weekend.

3931898 Sunshine was surrendered to the shelter on 3/22/08. She is right around a year old as of June 2008 and is around 35 to 40 lbs. She is very friendly, playful , active and outgoing. But if there had to be one word to describe her it would be happy… Happy all the time! Come down to see her in kennel 66.
