Today in Color!

Matthew was literally heading out the door to round up the cats when he saw this huge mass of a spider. I got as close to the sliding glass as I could stand to take this shot, the rest I did with zooming :-)


Here is the PostCard I received yesterday from Juan, the soldier we sent some things to. In case the picture doesn't come out, its an Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003 PostCard.

    Samantha, have you ever gone to the website anysoldier.com? I just did a post on it today, after receiving the link from someone who serves in Kuwait, who I have been corresponding with for a few months. He shares my emails with the others and says that it's really important for the troops to have outside contact and letters of hope and support.

    Oh, and I hate spiders! They give me the creeps. Even using the zoom lense would give me shivers!
