Trying times

I came home yesterday feeling rather depressed. I had taped the movie Music & Lyrics on HBO and watched it. It made me laugh out loud several times, so I am truly thankful.

After Matthew arrived home from work we went a few blocks down the road to my co-worker's house and picked up an antique metal pantry/shelves cabinet. It is tall and fits perfectly where I needed it, and now we have even more room to shove cans and whatever else we need. YaY

I'm expecting another short day today as I am feeling the "pressure" of cutting my hours rather than a lay-off. I am already actively seeking a second job anyway, because Matthew won't get a check for 3 weeks and we are getting behind on the important stuff. It doesn't bother me except that I hate to play catch-up.

Oh well.
