Today wasn't so stellar. I freaked out several times (privately, of course) at work over the smallest of things. But I kept getting rattled, and being really overwhelmed by absolutely nothing.
Then I began worrying about real things.. did I remember to write down all the expenses this weekend, was there enough money to cover it, my car is due for an oil change, gotta find time for that, got to get an appointment changed, got to go in early Thursday due to Dr. appointments, did I know how to get to these new Dr. offices?? My mind was swirling, so I declined overtime and got my nauseated self out from behind that desk and into the car.
I ran to Red Bank and mindlessly pushed a shopping cart around Bi-Lo for over an hour, I didn't buy anything. I picked up Matthew and we came home where my Dear, Darling of a nephew was in the 'cooking' spirit and made both myself and Matthew hamburgers. Too SWEET!
I came home and checked my e-mail.
I also called the really nice lady that I am going to be sponsoring in RCIA this year. She was really excited and seemed to be completely lovely! We are going to meet both her and her son on Wednesday before Mass. YaY!
It is raining here and thundering, the perfect time to get an early jump on sleeping!
