Pentecost

The homily at tonight's Mass was so completely thought provoking. I really enjoyed it, it almost made me cry!
Father Liam talked about how God's plan was for us. Just Us. That He had millions of choices when He created us, but He chose us. Just us.
We could be more Godly, perform more services, live differently, but He still chose to create us. Tiny, insignificant me.
I'm ashamed to admit I have been rather ill towards Our Lord lately. Angry over situations I can't do anything about like employment and reproductive issues. He knew I would be this way, but He made me anyway.















Here are some pics I took from the MQU Shrine. Once again, Click to see them in their full sizes. The last one is a devotion to Mothers across the world. You can buy these candles to stick in front of the statue. It is really huge, and the candles are about 10'' tall, if that gives perspective.
