Well, we finally heard back from the offer we had put in on the house, it was a decent counter offer. We will be ironing out all of the details today with the mortgage lady, all these numbers and my head might explode!
I am going to start packing this weekend. I should have began last weekend, but we were too busy driving back and forth to this house.
I have put a lot of thought into how I can pack more efficiently this time, and I am ready to go! We also have a long weekend for President's Day, and that extra day will do wonders.
I gave our cat, Baby, away last night. I had put an ad for Patchey & Nermal on Kijiji, and I got one lady in town who just really wanted one cat for her grandpa. After telling her about all of my available cats, she chose Baby, and we met her last night and now I am down one cat. 4 to go. I was really sad, but she seemed genuinely nice, and I know Baby will get more attention in her new home.
