We missed going to Mass Sunday, the beginning of Advent. Matthew was still sick, we both slept in late, and all in all I feel very horrible about missing Mass.
We haven't even bought an advent candle/wreath set for the new house to place on the table... and I really have no excuses other than the fact that I was so looking forward to having children in our home for the start of this beautiful season, and I am a little disappointed.
Tonight, however should be awesome.
We have Confession, Mass, and then an hour of Eucharistic Adoration, which is such a powerful gift.
I have been excited all day!
