Life as we know it..

Yes, been working hard. No time for frivolous bloggin'.
:-)
Caught a tummy bug night before last, very very icky, no fun at all!
Today I started the dreaded curse, so my body is attacking me from all sides now.
I have to work a little this weekend each day, so next Friday we will have all shown up at this place for 19 days in a row.. sheesh.
This Sat. is our last IMPACT fostering class! Hopefully, we will be able to meet the children they want us to take, as the caseworker invited them to come to the luncheon.
Please pray for these 3 little kids, that they get to stay together, and be happy.. wherever they end up.
We have a sort of hopscotch schedule with all of the finalizations. Here is a small sample:
11/4 - Fingerprints/background checks in Dalton (morning)
11/4 - Environmental Inspection by Catoosa health Dept.
11/8 - CPR / First Aid Certification class
11/11 - First Home Study
11/18 - Second Home Study
11/21 - Case Submitted and Certified

A truly busy November! And this weekend will be especially hectic as we are moving everything around and making our home ready for the inspections and looking like a home should with 3 kids.

Last weekend Matthew's parents came and helped us think about organizational techniques and built a wrap-around book shelf on the top of our bedroom, and now that it has filled up it looks so neat! We moved the computer desk and the computer to the bedroom, and it is up and running. Now we have to split the bunkbeds and the 3rd room will officially be a boy room.

Matthew is still really liking his job at Alexian Brothers on the mountain, and I am glad.
