I went to best buy n got an ext. hard drive. talked to the geek squad guy. came home and now computer doesnt even logon.. just hummin and blank screen... so i got here with the drive too late.. ugh.
you might take the computer to best buy and see if they can remove the hard drive and back the stuff up for you..... if it's the mother board that has gone out then the hard drive will be okay and will work in another computer.....
